Dr. Bernd Vogel (CTO), Industry renowned mechanical engineer, founded Endosmart. He focuses on developments of medical devices out of Nitinol and other Smart Materials.

Bernd Vogel was the Leader of the Smart Material Develoment Group at the Research Center Karlsruhe, responsible for smart material (mainly Nitinol) projects and the employed people working in this group. The projects ranged from product development to investigation of new process technologies.

Bernd Vogel holds more than 10 years of experience in life science development. He safeguards continuous development of innovative products for today's medical market.

Dr. Cornelia Gretz (CEO), enriches Endosmart with her education in business administration, total quality management and 13 years professional experience in industry and company management.

Before joining Endosmart, she worked as a member of the management board in a medium sized pharmaceutical company. Prior, she was internationally operating as project leader in various turnkey projects.
