Electropolishing

Electropolishing gives your device a smooth, passivated titanium surface. Within a depth of 4-8 nm nickel is dissolved, in order to guarantee biocompatibility.

Furthermore, irregularities like laser marks are removed. For serial production of instruments we also offer the option of mechanical polishing.

Chemical Etching

By means of the etching technology, extreme fine structures, like guidewires, can be manufactured.

The advantage of etching is the parallel manufacturing of many units at the same time. Because of the low process temperature, the material properties are not affected.

Computer driven guidance allows a variety of structures at a reasonable price.
